Vacuum immersion deoiling machine

Performance characteristics:

• Fully automatic function, only manual feeding, feeding, vacuum oil immersion, deoiling and other fully automatic completion
• Configuration of digital large vacuum meter with signal output to monitor whether the vacuum is up to the standard during the whole process
• Inside the oil-immersed barrel, liquid level detection is attached to ensure the oil-immersed products.
• Deoiling speed variable frequency adjustable
• Vacuum pumping, oil intake and oil discharge are controlled by pneumatic gate valve, which is controlled by solenoid valve and can be switched freely.
• With lighting function, the whole process of vacuum oil immersion in barrel can be visualized.
• Oil filtering device can be selected and fitted. Every time the oil in the oil immersion bucket is inhaled, the oil is filtered precisely.
• Equipped with clean oil tank and dirty oil tank.
• Touch screen display control, simple operation.
